A new dish that was prepared for yavuz sultan selim in the 15th century by a cook and as yavuz sultan try it he was surprised from the amazing taste and decided to name the dish Elinazik meaning the delicate hand.the dish is based on meat garnished with herbs, spices and garlic served on a bed of eggplant and sided with yorgut and fresh baked bread.
